I have been unable to log in to my capella mobile for the last month. I've always been around a computer so i didn't worry about it. But its still annoying when tying to review grades but cant log into the app.
I've used the app since the beginning of the Winter 2017 Quarter without much problems. Though now I haven't had access to my studies, grades, assignments, and finances for the past 2 weeks. When I try to access any of those features I get a white screen displaying the message: "Unable to load. Please try again later." I gave it 2 stars because I am still able to post and respond to discussions. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. At least before my business trip to avoid injuries in my overall performance.
The app has been very useful throughout my program but over the last few weeks I haven't been able to use it because it won't load at all. Really frustrating!
As a flex learner, having the convenience of having access to my course information is important. The app loads fast and if the information I'm looking for is not apart of the mobile features allows me to connect easily and quickly to the full site which is optimized for viewing on my mobile phone. This is a must have for any Capella learner.
This app used to be great but for the past month it will not go past the intro page. I haven't been able to access discussions or anything else thru the app. Please fix the problem and I'll give it 5 stars.
I downloaded this app and had the pleasure of enjoying it for one week before it totally stopped working, meaning, it would not go any further than the opening to the Capella screen. I uninstalled it for several months and now I'm reinstalling it to give it another try. Let's see what happens.
