MoveMe is an app designed to boost your mood through bursts of activity. MoveMe is based on science that tells us 10 to 15 minutes of regular bursts of activity can improve your mood and well-being. MoveMe is designed to help you select the best exercises to improve your mood. Use MoveMe to access curated exercise videos, read lessons about staying motivated to exercise written by experts on exercise and mood, and to schedule motivational exercise time for yourself throughout the week!
This IntelliCare app is a member of a suite applications created for a Northwestern University research study investigating the effectiveness of smartphone-delivered interventions for treating depression and anxiety.
