Too buggy. Tried to create a note and it closed down so many times I gave up. Nice idea, but I won't use it when it continuously closes down. I think paper is better
Just downloaded and gave it a test run. Great app, I've been looking on and off for something like it for some time now. My only complaint is that I can't share/print my SOAP to an organized PDF, it's just a list, which makes it pretty difficult to read. I'm in the process of becoming a Wilderness and Remote First Aid Instructor for the Red Cross, and would like to use this to create example SOAP notes for my students, and to suggest that they download it as well. To be able to hand them a completed and readable example would be amazing, especially if I did minimal work for it! lol. It would be a great feature. As a current WFR and (hopefully) soon to be WEMT, this is invaluable and much more legible than a hand written SOAP. Even still, I can't see myself using this as I treat the patient, but more as a PCR afterwards, where I transfer the info into it so that I will have my own records of the incident to keep and share as needed/required. Overall, the four stars is only because it doesn't print out a a neat and organized SOAP when it is fairly plausible to do so.
Works well It works well once I turned off my phones auto rotate. I used it durring my wilderness first aid class, but now I can't figure out how to delete my practice incidents. Help?
I hope this will work in a pinch Happy to have something to help remember and record.
Pretty good, like some enhancements Helpful reminder in class setting, but takes awhile to key in or speak notes. Cannot delete individual soap notes after completing. B/P should be typed, not drop down. No criteria for FSA (clear c-spine). Help to put diagram to point where injury/ies are, though photos nice touch. Paper notes faster, but could be useful for legal documents.
