Lots of technical issues with the last update, including sudden crashes and not being able to login. Not a fan of new cluttered UI either, not sure why you couldn't innovate on top of the excellent old UI, but preferred to redo it completely. A good example of new UI being complicated is me trying to find my second account in the app for a few minutes.

App changed completely. don't install last update. it changes the whole app. They really ruined it, now you get a bunch of useless stuff on your screen as opposed to getting your own incoming and outgoing expenses. and it's all in GREY. it looks awful. And in the description for the update it says "BUG FIXES" not "MENU CHANGE". So disingenuous. For the love of all that is good allow me to revert back to the old model, this thing is killing my eyes. Looks horrid.

The new design is inconvenient and unprofessional. The app looks like a game or a scam app copy, not a trustworthy bank. The overview is worse and navigation is confusing. It feels like the app pushes bank services instead of letting me quickly check my balance and do daily tasks. There are many bugs, but instead of fixing them, the bank focuses on pointless design changes. I deleted the app and use the web version. If I had no loan here, I would switch banks. 🫩
