Ratings and reviews

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: new bugs with every update, can't see the map now after the order is made until the driver arrives.

charged me extra because the driver took the long way around which adds charges, initially paying £17 I'm an emergency for a ride that's usually £7, Just to add on extra charges!!!! drivers are scam!!! so you pay for the ride, the length it takes and any excess traffic as well as a surcharge in a busy time. these drivers intentionally take longer routes to add more money!

the app itself is fine for the most part, but the service is unreliable. their estimates of time are always wrong. you are given a choice to pick a more expensive option that is supposed to arrive sooner, yet once you order the ride you keep seeing the car go on a completely different direction and take a lot more time to get to you.
