4 days in Paris, and I tried to use Bolt multiple times - all failed. After setting the start and end locations and choosing a car, the app would say that "something went wrong, check your internet connection." Well, my internet connection was excellent, as proven by Uber and Free Now that I used as alternatives. That's sad, as I was looking forward to using Bolt. The same experience repeated for my wife, so it's not my phone or something like that. Something is wrong with the app.

Occasionally: acceleration stops repeatedly (not inside red zone). Results in average velocity of 10-14 km/h depending on slope. Reporting this did not lead to refund. Often: wrong parking detected, without being told why. I parked it in a public bike station as shown in the example. One time: I was able to start a ride, but when it started it figured out to be in a red zone and it was impossible to accelerate. I couldn't stop the ride! I couldn't start another ride.

Overall good app but the customer support lacks a fast reply from the "bolt experts" and most drivers don't read the correct pickup point. This leads to a new set of problems as an example I had to pay double the agreed priced on a ride just because the rider came from the wrong direction and had to take a significant detour. To note that nor the pickup location was changed on the app by me or the destination.
