My main complaint is that the app & some drivers may not be on the same page. I wanted to compare the app to Uber's service. Downloading and registering the app was an easy process. The problem that I encountered was after booking a ride the driver contacted me & told me that the ride would be double the amount shown by the app. Either the app is providing an inaccurate amount or some drivers are doubling the charge to the customer without Bolts knowledge or consent. I won't use it.

Cars usually don't arrive at your exact location but the app would say car arrived and started ticking the clock that u have 2 minutes free wait time when the car is like 1 block away. It happened multiple times while I was in Lisbon. One has to walk to the car which is an issue if someone has mobility issues, my companion. I think they do it on purpose to charge more on wait time, not ethical or professional.

Unable to create an account. I keep getting a prompt to confirm my phone number, but I never receive a text message, and I get an error when trying the "call back" option. I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, disabling my VPN, using data instead of WiFi, enabling location, and had multiple emails back and forth with support, but have been completely unable to log in.
