4 days in Paris, and I tried to use Bolt multiple times - all failed. After setting the start and end locations and choosing a car, the app would say that "something went wrong, check your internet connection." Well, my internet connection was excellent, as proven by Uber and Free Now that I used as alternatives. That's sad, as I was looking forward to using Bolt. The same experience repeated for my wife, so it's not my phone or something like that. Something is wrong with the app.

This app used to work fine... until today. I tried twice to book a trip, and filled in the correct pickup and destination addresses. After I confirmed the order, the price seemed low, so I tried to double check that the addresses went in correctly. But there wasn't anywhere I could find the info. I canceled both times and saw that the pickup & destination changed to the same after confirming. And I was charged for the 2nd cancelation. Don't use this app.

Hi, Ed. Thanks for your feedback. There is the option of moving the green pin in the app to chose your exact address. In the case that there are any issues, kindly reach out to our team in-app so that we can escalate it to our Maps team. We will also investigate the cancellation fee & process a refund if warranted.

It's alright in general. Nice UI, intuitive, etc. But there's a single problem which made me rate Bolt a 3. The story goes: you will be able to go for a run, make coffee, and eat your breakfast before you get a driver. Guys, seriously, fix this. It is not possible to use the app because the drivers keep cancelling the ride, and it takes forever to get at least someone to do their job.
