While paying in cash - no problems, but as soon as I attached the card - the fun began: the trip itself began to cost more in the application (compared to the prices on my wife's phone) + at the end of the trip, the initial amount was returned and debited more. When trying to remove the card from the payment options, it turned out that this was not possible. It is difficult to describe this whole experience in words, but it is quite possible with numbers: 1 out of 5

4 days in Paris, and I tried to use Bolt multiple times - all failed. After setting the start and end locations and choosing a car, the app would say that "something went wrong, check your internet connection." Well, my internet connection was excellent, as proven by Uber and Free Now that I used as alternatives. That's sad, as I was looking forward to using Bolt. The same experience repeated for my wife, so it's not my phone or something like that. Something is wrong with the app.

A great app, easy to use and not with the many glitches or delays/cancellations Uber has. However, improvements can be made. The pinpoint of the pickup and delivery address could be more specific. Also, the colour of the cab would be helpful. And the phone calls between driver and passenger is never clear, always muffled and delayed. All that being said, this is my favourite cab booking app for now.
