Worst experience, especially, in the winter. Pick up pin had issues twice in a roll within the same day. Picked a ride that is supposed to pick me up quicker, and I chose to pay a bit more. But, as soon as I made my selection, the waiting time doubled. That is low. The driver of the 2nd trip didn't wait for me where the pin was, I had to walk for a minute in the cold trying to get to her.

I really think with a few simple tweaks to the app this could be so much easier to use and way more customer friendly. Firstly add option for return trip to be able to add after initial booking. And just 1 small step further, add option to add stops along the journey. Could be an extra passenger, two friends sharing a ride home, etc

The Bolt App is a great tool for getting around town. However, I have encountered one issue that has caused me some inconvenience. When I enter my home address for pickup, the app displays an entirely different address. Specifically, it shows me the address of a street that is two roads away from my actual location. As a result, I have had to add a comment to the driver with the correct address, which has caused some confusion and delay.
