The app so slow, and everytime I go back to the home screen (the maps) it will show a white screen. I need to close the app then re-open it every single time when I click something from home screen or change the menu. Furthermore, if you want to pay with a credit card, you need to do a temporarily hold transaction before every single charge! It takes you 3 - 5 mins before the charging session starts (not include the time to reconnect the charger if it isn't works). Hope you will improve it soon.

not for the app but for great customer service over the phone! when I didnt have my wallet or cards to register and pay. I was able to create true money credit card helped by the customer service! But also I think u should just add qr code payment without registering. it would be so much easier.

As bad as it gets. Website doesn't work, helpline doesn't answer in 25min, face verification doesn't work, has me down as wrong gender, asks for "foreign passport" details, but also INSISTS on Thai ID number + expiry date, show two "offences" even though ive just installed app. Would you trust this app with credit card details or to get you home the same night?
