It has been worst since last 2 updates. Its been slow and sluggish but one of the main reason for this review is :- There is no link or any way to view my own medical records after update. It is so irritating. I tried contacting them by app's internal support but no reply from their side.

Why is there no option for checking "upcoming appointments"? I have made payment for an appointment, I have received no confirmation of the appointment has or hasn't been scheduled. And I can't find any option on the app which says "upcoming appointments" or something. And to top that up, there is no way to get in touch with customer support. Edit - It's past the time I made the appointment for. No one contacted me from my doctor's clinic. Please don't use this application.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this app. I lost ₹2,500 after booking three times and subscribing, yet I still have no way to access my appointments. To make matters worse, there is no proper support available—attempting to reach help only redirects me to irrelevant pages, and the chatbot is completely ineffective.
