Wrost app, i applied for appointment for my family member but at the time of getting token it shows my name. can't able to get token for family members.

May I know who designed this app? Today, I made a payment to book an appointment, but I didn’t receive any confirmation—even though the amount was deducted from my account. To my surprise, there is no proper option to reach out to customer care, except for a feedback form and a few other irrelevant options. Is this how a service is supposed to work? How is a customer supposed to get help if they face an issue during an appointment booking or payment?

Such an useful app in this busy life. Being a working mom, I am super busy and I used to struggle in managing the medical records of all the family members. But with this app my life has become super easy & hassle free. Now I have all the reports in digital form at one place. While visiting doctors, no need to carry the reports. And I liked the fact that instead of going through all the previous & current reports by turning all the pages, doctors can go through the records in few seconds.
