The LifePath Patient app allows patients to log health data, search for and securely communicate with physicians, and manage prescriptions. You can use most popular forms of payment to book appointments. Connect with general practitioners and specialists in areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, dental, ENT and dermatology.
The app can also gather data from selected FDA cleared commercially available Bluetooth devices.
If you are a caregiver using the LifePath Patient Application on behalf of a patient, please confirm the accuracy of all information entered into the profile setup during the signup process (health data, medical history, medications, conditions, allergies, etc.).
