The worst app I've ever used 🤔 !!! Doesn't update for many hours or give a true picture of the emergency credit available if it's used. Doesn't give you the full emergency credit anyway , (it goes off after only a couple of pounds) ! The option to save card details is easier but doesn't work half of the time so we can't pay at all ! If you have any debt the money will stay there instead of going on the electricity or gas ! I'm having to call Octopus almost every week. Awful company awful app !

It would be improvement if one of the time interval options could be based on the bill date which, of course, isn't necessarily coincident with the calendar month. Particularly useful for us as the smart meter has never connected to the display - Waiting for data! It would also be useful to have a this/last year comparison.

Basic functions like switching between Kwh used and cost are not working and dual rate lacks transparency as there is no information available to check which rate you have been charged for. Why not have a different colour bar of the chart for a different rate.. Seems simple. Customer service is painfully slow and ineffective with the most straight forward enquiries. Despite all this it seems a decent company with their eye on good values, they just don't quite deliver, even on a basic level.
