Very bad experience!! I previously had an account then i deleted it about 2 months ago, now when i try to create a new account, a message shows that the ID number is already registered! Now i neither can login to the old account nor create another one! No response to emails or WhatsApp, the app is a total failure!

It used to be a great app, but since it got updated, I can't log in at all, even when I tried to reset my password, they didn't send me any mail, although I put my ID number correct and the email address. I also contacted them via whatssap messages and they sent me a link of a YouTube video to show how to reset password. The problem is not in how we do it, it's about the lack of response. I hope they'll do something!!!

it was an awful experience, I had book a ticket, yhe money was taken down from my account, the there was a payment failed which shows no authenication with no customer service working properly, very bad
