The application is not working at all — it doesn’t open properly and the system keeps crashing. Despite this, the ticket amount was deducted twice from two different bank cards, and I did not receive any ticket or confirmation. This is unacceptable. I need either the ticket I booked (with the selected seat) or an immediate refund of the deducted amounts. Please fix the app urgently and resolve this issue.

It used to be a great app, but since it got updated, I can't log in at all, even when I tried to reset my password, they didn't send me any mail, although I put my ID number correct and the email address. I also contacted them via whatssap messages and they sent me a link of a YouTube video to show how to reset password. The problem is not in how we do it, it's about the lack of response. I hope they'll do something!!!

So this app is already a big deal. To my surprise it recognized my old ENR website account meaning that the bookings info are up to date and as accurate as possible. However, the app a) is buggy, b) requires users to register a national ID number and doesn't provide an alternative to foreigners, and c) not all trains are available, esp the Giza-Aswan sleeping trains! Not even the regular trains! Imagine how great it would be, if all types of passenger trains were available through this app.
