• Connect your account to Google Fit to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

I can access some things, but most of the time when I want to pre register, or check in and answer the questionnaire so I don't have to waste time sitting in the office, but the app just sits and buffers before leaving the page...it's not much of any use for practical situations. This app is totally useless! Now, all i get is...server error...try again. I'm done trying again and again, so I've deleted the app. *this is not a problem with my health service. I have 4 different accounts, none work!

We're sorry to hear you are seeing server errors. Each health system hosts their own instance of Epic, so if you email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com we can reach out to them. Please include which activity isn't working and what healthcare organization you're accessing.

I hate MyChart! It is so impersonal and not easy to navigate especially for senior citizens. In addition, I have providers scheduling appointments without "speaking" to me and just dropping the appointment into MyChart, which I then have to cancel and reschedule because they are not convenient for me. ALSO, the location of the appointments are not provided on the physicians orders, so I have no idea where I'm going. This system may seem practical to you, but I find it infuriating!

We're sorry to hear of your bad experience. MyChart allows you to access your medical records and is used by many providers. We recommend sharing this feedback with your healthcare organization directly.

This app would be a great idea if it actually worked. When I was entering my new insurance the app would not let me take a photo of the new insurance card. I tried numerous times to take the photo and each time the app would boot me totally out and take me back to the login page. I finally gave up! Then it wanted me to verify my phone number which has been the same for over 20 years but it never would send the code. This app has big problems and I don't like using it period!! I call it a JOKE!

Thank you for the review. Each healthcare organization has their own instance of MyChart. Please reach out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, just email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

What's new

First-time app setup and organization management have had a modern refresh. Shortcut management and visibility have been improved. Starting with Android 13, you can choose a language for your MyChart account in-app using a new option in Account Settings. Your organization must support more than one language to see this option. These features are available immediately to all users who upgrade the app.
