• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

The basic functions of the app are ok, but specific details are very hard to see and understand the results of tests, so when you want to see the results for yourself of say, X-rays or CT scans etc. it sends you to some other place you have to log into to see them! yet your never provided the proper log in information so you can view your own images! So that makes this app kind of worthless in that respect. All in all it's good for little things but not even close to what it could be.

Thank you for the review. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

After 3 yrs of using this app there are still some things to improve: 1. If someone messages you first then you can reply. Otherwise, you can only contact your provider or cust service, and no one else regardless of the situation. This just shows MyChart is for their convenience, not yours. 2. Appointment history incorrectly shows a lot of missed appts labeled as "no shows", which they state cannot be corrected. 3. Letters in the inbox always give error msgs stating they cannot be found.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please email the details of this issue to us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, include the details listed here, and let us know which health system you are logging into so we can troubleshoot further. Each health system hosts their own instance of Epic, so we may ultimately need to reach out to them.

They've recently added an extra measure of protection when logging in. Love that. The app is pretty easy to use. I have two kid's profiles on here plus mine. I just click off one and click on the other. I've left several appointments and forgot to ask for a school note. I log in and show them the date on the summary, and all is well. If I have a question, I can simply go to messages and send a message. Sometimes, you can't get through to the office, so a message will suffice.
