Application designed for project management, from here you can keep track of the works, you can obtain information regarding percentages of progress with respect to the initial schedule, activities executed, activities with delay, paid value, executed value, programmed value, quantities executed per activity, all this in real time.
This is an application aimed at all stakeholders that may have the execution of a civil works contract, such as company managers, construction or auditing directors, construction or auditing residents, inspectors, supervisors, mayors, auditors , community observers. Depending on the role or profile of the interested party, the project manager assigns permissions for downloading reports within the app.
The process begins by creating a company through the app, then a contract is created and all the initial information about it is loaded. Subsequently, stakeholder groups are informed that they can search for the contract in the app and request linking, in this step, the user chooses the process or role to which they want to be linked, and subsequently the planner accepts linking to the project.
There are 4 processes: Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control.
The person who creates the project in the app is automatically assigned to the planner process and can have access to all the reports established in the app.
The execution process is intended for professionals who are on site, who will enter the information regarding the physical execution of the contract, such as residents and inspectors. Users will enter the amounts that are executed in each of the activities that the Planner or Project Manager has previously loaded to the platform. From this role you can download all the reports established in the app, with the preference that it is the only role that can download the report corresponding to the calculation memories.
The Monitoring process is intended for construction managers or auditors, from this role you can download all the reports established in the app, with the exception of the report corresponding to the calculation memories.
The Control process is intended for supervisors, mayors, auditors, community observers, from this role all the reports established in the app can be downloaded, with the exception of the reports corresponding to the calculation memories and the detailed photographic record.
Once the professionals on site begin to enter the information in the app, they can download all the established reports and start monitoring the work.

1. Executive report in Excel version for editing and in PDF version for exhibition, which contains the main data of the contract, such as contract number, object, contractor, controller, contracting entity, initial value, additional value, updated value, status of permits , legal status, modifications, activities carried out in the period, activities with delay, percentage of physical progress, percentage programmed, percentage of financial progress, photographic record by chapter.
2. Execution reports to keep track of the work such as calculations of work quantities per activity, work balance with greater and lesser quantities, work cut-off, work progress monitoring with respect to the established work schedule and detailed photographic record by activity.
3. Download contract documents of the project.
