This is one of the worst and rubbish App in Banking sector. Previous app was much better than now. Bangla QR payment couldn't make. When select source card it shows "Server temporarily Unreasonable". I contacted with their call center, they told me to email with screenshots. I send it, but two days have been gone no feedback has found. Very disappointed.

I'm facing this to enter the apps. I have been using older version of it but when I takes an update can't open. Security Alert! An unauthorized accessibility service is active on your device that may be used to read screen content or capture keystrokes. Please disable it in Settings > Accessibility and restart the app

I signed up, but later when I log in it shows an invalid user ID. After giving the forgotten username, the username I received in the mail was the same one I used to sign up with, so I copied it and pasted it into the app, but it also showed invalid ID. You need to work on this.
