About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

Very frustrating to use! have gone through the same steps numerous time and it either cuts out and returns to the start or says the data couldn't be processed now ( no further details offered). I messaged tech support days ago and no reply either. So, because it doesn't save partial progress all i can do is try again and keep my fingers crossed. Utter rubbish, to put it politely!

first in the options to register is by video and in capital letters it is declared as the best way,as mentioned too in this app. However, clicking on it you discover it is not possible as it will be "available soon".. seriously? Despite the reply it doesn't make clear on the app,so you have to fill in your identity info to THEN discover that. Instead of writing,in English, that it is the highlighted method ONLY for people with DNI. That's the definition of "USER-FRIENDLY".

Useless! I try to log into my mi DGT. Clave doesn't work. Then clave app logs itself out and doesn't accept my support number. Yes it was written to the right way with the E and all the bs that has to be there! And now I have to wait because I got blocked, because this system can't ffff read a number that I write there. It's not a governmental app it's a joke..... I can't believe that in the 21st century we can't have a normal working system to make people's life easier.....
