I am a user of the cecotec conga 3290. After 30 days of useage, this is my feedback. The app is extremely difficult to use because of technical issues. Lags consistently. My plans keep getting deleted on their own. If the app is still for over a minute, it freezes. There is an error message for network every now and then even when im on wifi. The robot is really efficient. But the app is so pathetic that it makes it extremely difficult to use the robot.

Hello, I'm editing my review. My main concern was with the app. It turns out that strangely my home internet service was blocking this app and even my mobile network provider. Never experienced this before. We tried on a third network and it worked. Initially there are hickups in setup and it's frustrating. But eventually it works out. The India customer support for cecotec were very patient and helpful. Have used it for a week now from end of Sep 2020 and it does the expected job well.

The app needs a lot of improvement. Connecting to WiFi is a big hurdle. The mapping doesn't happen well. Some areas are left out and no option to add then manually. When selecting a different mode than auto, the app changes the map back to whole cleaning after the self testing time of the robot, very often. Have to stop the program and start it again everytime. The machine is fine but the app sucks. It's frustrating to use it everyday with so many issues.
