It's terrible. One of the most frustrating apps I have ever used by a long way, and it has got much worse since the bank was acquired by Bankinter. For instance, I keep being told that my ID card has expired (it hasn't) and that I need to update it. After a frustrating time doing this, the app immediately goes back to telling you that it needs updating again. And the list of issues just goes on and on. Avoid it if you can.

Coulb be sooo much better! It does what it needs to do - shows me the balances... But it also shows me tons of options that could be hidden away or in another drop down menu. So much stuff on the front screen. Also it takes ages to load and log in. Too much clicking for my taste as well. I hope you use all that room for improvements 🙏🏽☺️

Since July 26 or so that it doesn't allow me to perform transfers. Reported through the phone. Through the app. The latest reply I got was that they are planning to fix it through August 30th... I cannot understand how a bank that's almost 100% online can afford to not have their app working on the most basic feature for a while month.
