About this app

Official mobile application of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública to request an appointment with your health center in case of presenting clinical symptoms compatible with COVID-19 infection.

Extensive information about the infection caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus can also be accessed through the APP.

Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection are symptoms of respiratory tract infection, with one or more of the following being present:
- fever (more than 37º)
- cough
- sneezing
- sore throat
- respiratory distress

If these symptoms have occurred in the last 14 days, you must request the appointment through this App.

If the symptoms you have are serious or you have an emergency, call 112.

Appointments through this App are aimed at possible cases of COVID-19 infection.
The appointment is requested by entering your SIP number and date of birth, and confirming the contact phone.

You will receive a call within 24 hours from the confirmation of the appointment creation. If the call is not received within 24 hours, the request can be made again through the App or by calling 900 300 555.
Through the App you will be informed of the status of the appointment: requested, confirmed, made.
If during the first phone call the health professional at your health center identifies your case as COVID-19 possible, the rest of the phone appointments to follow up on your case will be scheduled by the health professional. From that moment on, you will receive periodic calls to verify your health status and help you with all the doubts and needs that you may have.

If you have other symptoms than those indicated, contact your health center through the usual appointment phones.

The Ministry of Universal Health and Public Health is responsible for and author of the information displayed in the application, and also guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (http://coronavirusautotest.san.gva.es/proteccion-datos- en.html). Likewise, the Ministry guarantees that personal information will be stored and used in a sufficiently secure way, for the time necessary and only to provide you with the personalized services described above.

To safeguard the information of the user / patient, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with the servers.

Esta versión ofrece la posibilidad a una persona que ha estado en contacto estrecho con un caso positivo de COVID rellenar un autoinforme diario para indicar si a lo largo del día presenta síntomas. La opción de autoinforme estará disponible en la APP tras el primer contacto telefónico con su médico/a de familia si da su conformidad a realizar el seguimiento de esta manera. Se permite la modificación del autoinforme hasta 5 veces al día, registrándose como válido el último.
