HOJ@ is the Electronic Complaint and Claim Form System of the Regional Government of Andalusia, promoted by the Directorate General for Consumer Affairs. It makes it easier for consumers and users to submit complaints and claims to businesses, and for businesses and professionals to respond to and manage them. HOJ@ streamlines and simplifies the process. It allows users to submit a complaint or claim to a business via their mobile phone. It simplifies the response process for businesses and allows consumers to forward their complaint to the Consumer Affairs Office if necessary.
