Ratings and reviews

The latest update added a pop-up about Noa talking speed that crashes my app whenever I try to close it. I can't access my account on the app. I deleted the cache, deleted the data, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my device, and nothing works. I sent reports every time and it hasn't been fixed after 4 days without mobile access to my bank account. Unacceptable during travel.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! Old version worked ok. New version won't install. Google App Store tells me it's 'pending' when I try to update but never installs. Have left it for several hours but it doesn't install. I now can't access my account from the UK which is a problem for me as I am only in Spain 2 or 3 times a year. Maybe time to switch banks!

Terrible app security. They do not allow you to copy and paste your password in to the login form, therefore you are unable to use a password manager. They also force you to use a very short (INSECURE) password, less than 10 characters long. I will change this rating if you fix this, but until then the app is completely unusable for me.
