Mercadona’s app gives you access to online shopping in your usual supermarket. If you are within the postal codes where the service is already available, you may shop anywhere from your phone, fast and easy. This app allows you to see the detailed products, add them to your cart, review old orders, modify your cart depending on your needs and purchase your usual products without needing lists.


Among other advantages, the new online shopping service offers:

- Extended delivery schedule from 7:00 to 22:00, Monday through Saturday*.

- 1 or 2 hour time slots* for delivery so that your waiting time is minimized.

- Maximum quality and freshness guarantee because our 3-temperature delivery vehicles.

- Check nutritional information, ingredients and allergens on the product images thanks to the zoom feature.

- Personalised attention through chat with customer services from 7:00 to 22:30 Monday through Saturday, as well as through the free Mercadona Customer Service number 800 500 220.

Ratings and reviews

App does not accept Portuguese postal codes, blocking access in Portugal despite many stores. Please enable Portugal or allow basic/in-store use without postcode. Also, add a scannable barcode/QR for NIF to speed up checkout.

There are many stores in Portugal but in the app it does not allow to add a Portugal postal code, therefore can't use the app.

It's a great app! Super easy to use, you can add extra items to your order until the day it's delivered. It keeps giving push notifications to remind you about the delivery which came out without an error. The only downside for me is that there is no free delivery for big orders, we payed almost 100 Eur, and still payed the 7.21 Eur fee.
