Ratings and reviews

Sign up process is broken, can't add a vehicle (the ONE thing the app is there for). Says can add from the account later, but that's broken too. Didn't expect a lot from the company that doesn't clearly name car parks and then charges you a penalty when you accidentally parked in the North car park but paid for the South car park (because there are no signs telling you where you are). Feels like this is a "let's make it hard to sign up and then we can penalise more people".

I've used the new app twice now and had a terrible experience both times. The old app was quick and saved all my details- perfect when running for the train at 6.30 am. This app is clunky, loses information, and has taken me 5 minutes to book each time. Why it takes me to the website where I have to enter my login details and find where I want to park - the same place I park every time - I just don't know, defeats the point of an app. If I could rate it no stars, I would.

The new app is an issue. I am taking my second car to the station tomorrow and wanted to check it is registered on the new version of the App. The app is showing just "Saba," even with uninstalling it and reinstalling, it's still the same. Please ensure you support you customers who spend a lot of money on season tickets, so should have technology that works effectively.
