Don't know whether to keep the app or not I now have 2 message box a voice mail which I don't want 2 call lists and conversations that crackle because my wifi isn't fibre optic all because O2 coverage has become diabolical in my area. Maybe I should try Vodafone
Jon Used many times to call and text the UK while in the USA. Saved a lot on roaming changes. As long as the WiFi signal is strong calls are as clear as normal.
Returned to O2 just for this service I have no phone reception where I live but with this app I can get all my calls, texts and voice mails via WiFi ☺
Great, but... Love the service, indispensable for travelling/on the tube. Is there a way to include texts inside the native app, even went sent through this, please? Tricky to follow conversations otherwise, which is a real drawback
Useful A useful app. Don't get very good signal in my house on any network and this does the job. Hopefully won't need to use it once O2 sort out whatever they are doing to get 4G working in my area. Uses a lot of power though. I always disable it in app menu when I'm not using it as it still uses power all the time.
Great app strongly recommend. Strongly reccomend. Unfortunatly it doesnt transfer texts u type in tugo to your standard phone app but it is great if u dont have a signal but even a semi reliable WiFi app. Also due to sometimes u may have WiFi and a signal your phone may be twice once for ur phone text and once for ur tu go text. This is easily resolved by creating a shortcut on ur home screen but the icon also has a little button so u can turn the app on and off when ur not needing it without opening the app. Great app.
- The TU Go icon has had a makeover! It's now a blend of blue and purple.
