OK, Tobi is still a wall to get to the customer services and it extremely hostile for foreigners, but support team provided an email address for enquiries. appreciate that

Vodafone Spain has been the worst service experience of my life. The company feels like a complete scam. Always everything is broken. Canceling a subscription is nearly impossible — I’ve tried every available option with no success. Their chatbots are completely broken and lead nowhere, and it’s nearly impossible to reach a real support agent by phone. The support is unresponsive and useless. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Awful aap, I generally do not give any review, but for this app, I just had to. As I enter my credentials it says please enter valid username or mobile or one thing or the other, something is always wrong. Really awful experience. Edit: The website is showing the same result as well. When I enter my phone number for registration, it says to enter a valid phone number. I always have to go to your store for a simple recharge every month, it's very irritating
