very bad service one month ago I ordered phone in application but still not received I already many time calld to customer care but not solved my problem I am not satisfied. very bad experience.

OK, Tobi is still a wall to get to the customer services and it extremely hostile for foreigners, but support team provided an email address for enquiries. appreciate that

Awful aap, I generally do not give any review, but for this app, I just had to. As I enter my credentials it says please enter valid username or mobile or one thing or the other, something is always wrong. Really awful experience. Edit: The website is showing the same result as well. When I enter my phone number for registration, it says to enter a valid phone number. I always have to go to your store for a simple recharge every month, it's very irritating
