do not travel with this app or vodafone outside EU. permission errors made it so I couldnt use it to add a roaming plan-app didnt work abroad, outside EU. i ended up owing hundreds.vodafone took NO responsibility despite error screenshots. Fraudsters!

why can't you provide a multi lingual service. I'm English, no provision for no Spanish speakers. and you are sooo expensive. I'm changing to Digi.

Vodafone Spain has been the worst service experience of my life. The company feels like a complete scam. Always everything is broken. Canceling a subscription is nearly impossible — I’ve tried every available option with no success. Their chatbots are completely broken and lead nowhere, and it’s nearly impossible to reach a real support agent by phone. The support is unresponsive and useless. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
