it all seemed great but for a couple of minor things, charger for phones wasnt working and the app didnt make it very easy to identify damages of the vehicle at pick up time. not very relevant. Then we parked the car, the option in the app to leave it standing by (at a reduded rate) didnt give feedback, i pushed several times and took for granted it was ok after 3 or 4 times. To my surprise thought, it wasn't. They charged my card at 0.26 all the hours we were parked instead of 0.09 as should.

I had a bad experience today, the app logged me out right before i open a car, i tried to login back, gives me error on login, tried to reset the password in case was a password issue, shows me that sms has been sent e nothing arrives, tried again and shows me I can't, need to wait a couple of minutes for another sms. I was late for work and thanks to this i was now very late. I had to get a Share Now, that costs me double, because i work out of their center zone at least the app works.

Great service but terrible app. Doesn't let you add damage before you get in the car; I've spent minutes trying to do it and on the app it doesn't work. Doesn't ask you for a cleanliness rating like other carsharing apps. Doesn't let you add damage/issues specifically for the car at the end of your drive either, I put things in the comments box but I've no idea if this feedback gets received. All in all, Zity miss out on key feedback to keep their fleet in good shape, no wonder cars are damaged.
