At first it wouldn't recognize the esim as an esim.me card. I had to clear data and reinsert the SIM a few times to even get to the point where you can add profiles. The first profile I added didn't have any issues. A few months later I added a second profile and tried to switch to it. Disabling the old profile crashed the app and after restart it showed no profiles installed. Cleared data and both showed back up but still the old one active. Had to use my old phone running older android to fix.

Hasn't been functional for the last half a year or so. Can't switch or install new profiles, always some error - restart phone, restart app, reinsert slim in various slots. Tried it all many times, but it just doesn't work. It was always really buggy, but you could at least get there after half an hour if trying. Not anymore.

Had rare issue with xiaomi android 13, it didn't work. Tried with android samsung 10, works perfectly so far. Sent a request for support, got it sorted out quickly and efficiently. I believe this product really works, I like this innovation. However, please see some tutorial how to operate this, for example inserting value apn when purchasing. Seeing others reviews I'm wondering if some of you even read something how to use it before making a purchase. Summary, can recommend the product.
