the latest update has fully broken the app. myself and numerous other people are unable to open the app now. it says there is an error and we need to turn off USB Debigging on our phones, but mine is already turned off. there is no options in the app to get help or report the problem. Just plain awful.

This updated version is so much harder to use than the previous version, especially as a foreign language speaker. It doesn't stay logged in, there's no billing alerts, the language setting is so so hard to find as you have to look deep intomenus written in Thai and even though the language is set to English you have to log back in each time with screens that are in Thai.

One day I checked my electric bill and the app didn't know me or any of my email addresses. There is no choice for English so I took it to a friend and he couldn't log in or create a new account. The main MEA website is equally unusable. I did find a way to scan a QR code on an old bill and get my balance which I pay with my bank app. Then I can also use the new app and old QR code to see that the payment was received. I really had zero complaint about the old app and found it very helpful/easy.
