Ratings and reviews

Really unreliable service, especially if you have a / some favourite location(s). Subscription for periods longer than 1 month (not to mention yearly subscriptions) totally unrecommended. I will not use their services anymore, and I've already reported them to ANPC (consumers' protection authority).

No fiscal receipt direct from application. You need to ask for one via mail and wait for an answer... and it takes them 2-3 working days to send it to you.

They have very scummy practices. There is no excuse for making the cancel membership button so hard to find - making the button basically transparent on a white background. Not only that but the option they give you for applying a 15% discount to extend a membership, instead of canceling it, doesn't actually apply and you have to chase them up for it. Now they are forcing users to have their face scanned for identity purposes, as if you could trust such a shady company with your data.
