I've been using your service. But, due to your mpesa application lack of flexibility and frequent crackdown I have stopped using and now trying to start. However, still your mpesa frequently crackdown, frequently internet disconnect, you didn't allow me to use my airtime for internet unless I buy package, mpesa has no option to use the app with WiFi without making on mobile datam and bank transfer is too slow. Overall, I got you incompetent and incapable compared to Ethio telecom.

To be honest, M-PESA is one the most incredible app I ever used for banking transaction and it's transaction fee is very low and it's fast. I will recommend anyone who doesn't use m-pesa yet to use it.

2026: I apologize for my previous reviews and ratings. The app has improved on most of the services. (2024: The app's 0.05% bank transfer fee is highly disappointing. It pales in comparison to the free or more affordable services offered by Telebirr, CBE, Abyssinia, and Awash. I had to pay a hefty 50 ETB fee for a mere 10k transfer, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Safaricom and M-Pesa. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this app to anyone. 👎)
