Amazing app. starting from the subscription of the app it is simple, safe, and user friendly. It seems very simple but interacting with this app what fascinated me was when I was paying my bill in a cafe I found the 'tip' option which I can't still find in other mobile money apps. from this I can understand how they visualize the customer journey...

I give it 4 star, because the app is very good in organization and securty. I will like to suggests some in improvement in to make it smooth and faster b/c it has some delay. And I will like to suggeste improvement on the service, that is if you buy package for internet and social media combo at the same time it is not use combo until it exhausted all other packages. Improve this.

I have given 5 stars before, but now especially after the last update the app is not really good, even i go back and use the ussd code to buy packages and more, because when I try to buy package the app repeatedly says "something went wrong" etc..., and I tolerated it for days, try mechanisms like airplane mode, but no change. please update the app again.
