This game suffers heavily from not being procedurally generated. The enemies come from the same directions each time you play the same level, so you actually get nothing new out of playing the first couple stages over and over again. This is made worse because you *have* to play them repeatedly in order to progress.

super cool game! the only downside is that there are so many ads that it makes it so frustrating to play. to open a level, even if it's one you've beaten, you have to watch an ad. to get your other life (you only get two, which sucks), you have to watch an ad. yes, they are only max 30 seconds, but still super frustrating that the only way to skip the ads is to buy coins or have enough from playing the levels, which again, require you to watch ads. otherwise a pretty cool game!

It's a great game! Played these in the arcades when I was a kid, and is just as fun as it was then. Addictive as well. I only gave it a four star because recently the controls have gone haywire. The ship never stays where my finger is, and it's movement is erratic, which is frustrating as I hadn't changed any of my settings. Add to that, I've had the game awhile now and want to keep my progress current. And don't want to have to do a reinstall to correct the issue.
