I used a scooter, it was dangerous i.e. no working brake, funky acceleration. Nearly two days after request for refund... nothing. The parking spots don´t work properly, so you´re also being charged by the minute while you jump through their hoops trying to park the damned thing... I actually like your scooters better than some of the alternatives but this is REALLY basic stuff guys. CAN'T recommend until that is all sorted, ESPECIALLY the basic safety issues. Come on guys, you can do better.

Not so much the app as the service. Absolutely appalling. I tried to park the scooter at 3 locations. All full apparently!! The scooter then lost power and I didn't have the strength to push it anywhere else. I tried multiple times to end the ride, it wouldn't allow me to do so. I tried contacting customer services, which is annoyingly AI and of gives you a few options to choose from. I even tried to call the Belgium. All the while I'm being charged. I had to freeze my bank card

A great way to get around in Spain and the Spanish islands. It would be great to have the parking zones clearly marked on the ground. The brakes aren't brilliant on some of the scooters so you need to think ahead in busy areas. They can be a much more user friendly way to get around than taxis or buses at times. There are other operators available so it's a case of which one has a parking zone closest to where you are and where you're going.
