in app it says: u should have at least € 0 in your wallet to start the ride. but you charge 1euro before start ride. if u don't ride, but just scan scooter and it will not scan because code is damaged , u still will be charged 1 euro. Basically each download they you get 1 euro. it is not fair. i request refund asap!. also there is auto top up enabled automatically, which states: We will automatically top We will automatically top up your wallet for € 3,50 once wallet will reach € -0,50 scam

€1.20 to start a ride, plus €0.35 per minute make short rides uneconomical and longer rides can rack up costs very quickly. They also limit the number of scooters that can be parked in each parking zone so if you arrive and it's already full you have to bring it to another parking zone at your own cost

parking is a big problem. If there are more than 6 in parking, you have to find another parking area, which could be a far way away.
