I was waiting for this app since 2012. I was so swell when I found it to be done intuitively by Chainfire. Then, a piece of me died, after the first few failures with flashing MIUI 8.5.8 over the rooted 8.5.6 does not seems to have solution from anyone on the net. However, I remember to read the documentation about this app and did configure few things in the option and then it works the wonder! Thanks for your great work!
FF has been working great on my Nexus 6P for flashing OTAs (and Magisk before rebooting). But it can't seem to manage the Dec 05 8.0.0 (or 8.1.0), it just goes to black and never comes back... (no harm done, at least). Looking forward to a fix (I was happy to pay for the pro unlock, Chainfire has been doing good work for ages).
very unreliable. I've tried numerous times, various flashing setups, to both flash otas and full system images to a nexus 6P, which should be fully supported. Every time results in a soft-bricked device and I end up having to restore and flash everything manually.
Doesn't work on latest Lineage OS using the latter's built in root. Complains about root being present but not supported. Root works fine everywhere else, and root history (developer options) shows that Flashfire has root.
It used to work before. But now I'm unable to update on mi phone. Would help if I got a reply
