Why conbee App ?
Conbee is offering a wide range of Smart TAGs since 2016. The smartphone app has been developed to make the wide product range of the conbee Smart TAGs discoverable and to interact with them. The App enables the user to see BLE devices, signal strength and MAC-Address of all BLE devices and use extended Features for Conbee Devices.With this App everybody can interact with on-board sensors, show features and demonstrate possible use cases. In addition it allows configuration and parameterization of the sensor tags to fit your application. Finally, it displays information about other Smart TAGs and keeps you updated about new features and products.
App Features Explained
With the conbee App it is possible to scan all nearby BLE devices. Furthermore, the App shows a filtered list of conbee Smart TAGs - so it will be easy to find conbee products. In the list of detected BLE devices, it also shows the RSSI (BLE signal strength) and the device address. Just with a click on device name the user will be connected to the Smart TAG. The App is supporting all conbee Smart TAGs with different sensors, I/Os and features and automatically identify the available sensors, I/Os and features which are available on a particular Smart TAG. For sensors, it shows the real-time values. Via I/Os, user can toggle attached I/Os - that could be push buttons, LED and any special devices. The accelerometer data is shown as a real-time graph of 6d acceleration values with respect to X,Y and Z axis with angular orientation respect to X,Y and Z axis.. In addition, it shows location of device. The app can further parameterize the device in terms of changing the name, adjusting transmission energy and setting display intervals.
