Ratings and reviews

With the latest update, I am unable to take a screenshot on Samsung Android phones. We need this functionality to approve payments, so please fix/enable screenshots as soon as possible. ​Additionally, even when adding a card to Google Wallet or any other digital wallet, we still have to call customer service for verification. Please allow direct activation through the bank app like other banks, rather than requiring a call every time under the guise of 'more security OTP provide more than enough

I can't use my favorite keyboard and Even the screenshot not allow Please stop 🛑 forced the customer's to close the developer option to use the APP, if the developer options is on the APP will not open which is very bad because the developer options in android phones it's official option included in the system so why i need to close it to use the APP ????

I can't use my keyboard which is SwiftKey belongs to Microsoft and forced to use built in keyboard. Can't take screenshot for transaction if I want to get refund from merchants and lastly, the annoying error (127) and (200) pop up all the time when I try to access my account and I had to uninstall and install the app again. Why did you mess up with the app? لا اقدر استخدم كيبورد الي اختاره ولا اصور شاشه حق عمليات الشراء وكل شوي يطلع خطأ لما احاول ادخل على حسابي و يقولولي مشكلة من عندك.
