About this app

The EU Login app is developed by the European Commission to facilitate your day-to-day Multi-factor authentication for many EU applications. Once you have registered your device with your EU Login account, authentication can be done with your PIN code or using the face recognition or fingerprint. You can also use it to access EU Login protected applications via your mobile browser.
Don't have WIFI or Internet access? Don't worry, you can generate a unique code via the QR Code scanner which works offline.

taken well over half an hour to work through the down load and log in. Very convoluted system with multiple verifications required several passwords rejected. I' m not even sure how to use the app if I ever get to the stage where they allow me to use it. Highly frustrating!!

The app is updated to a newer version nearly every time I log in. And each time I reinstall it, it never works. Error number .... I hate it 😫

Unable to process QR code. Error 5301 My biometric options are turned off suddenly. I can't turn it back on, error 5999. No helpdesk options. Can't even log on to my core tools.
