About this app

It's vitally important for everyone to keep up their fitness at home.
If you’re an older adult looking to establish an exercise routine, you should, ideally, be able to incorporate 150 minutes of moderate endurance activity into your week. This can include walking, swimming, cycling, and a little bit of time every day to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

For example, you will gradually lose muscle mass as you age if you don't do anything to maintain it. When you keep or gain more muscle, you may actually live longer and you'll certainly have a better quality of life.

This total body workout is a great way for older adults to get started with strength training. The exercises focus on building total-body strength with an emphasis on improving balance, stability, and flexibility.

Your complete guide to the best home workouts for seniors with the best exercises for older adults to improve heart health, strength, balance, and mobility.

Perhaps you've been wondering what the best workouts for over 50s or the best workouts for seniors are. Especially if you're trying to get an older loved one doing a little bit more than they currently are. Well, you're not alone.

And, while home workouts and HIIT workouts at home are great, they won't be suitable for everyone – especially those who are older and rely on gentle outdoor exercise for their health and wellbeing. Exercise can enhance your energy levels, keep you at a healthy weight, and even possibly reduce some of the symptoms associated with aging. Exercise can be good for your brain and emotional state as well as your body. Whether you’re looking to maintain your current weight or to feel more energetic and healthy overall, there are numerous ways to stay active when you’re over 50.

Exercise can build muscle and bone mass, boost cardiovascular health, increase your energy levels and make you feel stronger.

This is an useless app. It should be rated as 0 star. There is no aerobics. The low impact cardiovascular plan is actually a light strength plan. Very few calisthenics and stretchings are it's whole stock. No worm up/cool down. It costed me 299/-+99/-, which has gone to total waste. A cheating to public.

Boring. Poorly thought out exercise plans. Too much repetition. Doesn't take old joints into account. Not really for seniors. Don't waste your money.

Yoga exercises show seniors and yet exercises put too much stress and compression on lower back (Sphinx) and knees (Hero). Need to change these exercises, then rating will improve.
