Fleet-Eye Mobile was developed to easily support your employees in personnel and fleet management, as well as your drivers, in their daily administrative tasks.

The intelligent integration of NFC technology further simplifies workflows and significantly reduces error rates.

Fleet-Eye Mobile includes the following modules and functions:

• Messaging: Communication with drivers or the entire group is possible via the Fleet-Eye Mobile app and with headquarters through messaging.

• Driver's License Check: Drivers receive reminders to complete their driver's license check within a selected timeframe.

• Damage Report: Drivers can record damage and add explanatory photos.

• Inventory Check: Drivers check the equipment for completeness, document any defects, and forward them to headquarters. Any damage can be documented directly via the app with photos.

• Time Tracking: Working hours are recorded via the app and transmitted to headquarters.

• Task Management: Drivers can be assigned tasks via the central office, which are then clearly displayed in their personal Fleet-Eye Mobile App.

• Sick Leave: Drivers can report sick leave via the app, including adding images such as doctor's certificates, sick notes, etc.

• Vacation Request: Drivers can request vacation time from the central office via the app. The request status is updated and color-coded after each change.

• Documents: Drivers have access to specific driver and vehicle documents via the app.
