The FlyOne app and website are the absolute worst experience I have ever had. When I changed a flight I was required to pay extra fees but there was nowhere for me to do this. No link. Nothing. So I added extra services to reach the pay screen but the website and app both said my bank card was declined. Yet, I have many charges on my bank account because the app will only take 15 euros per transaction. And I still cannot check in. I hate this company. I only use it so my fiance can leave Russia

Well known as one of the worst avialines. Constant cancellations and delays. Consider yourself lucky if your trip with FlyOne goes as planned. Also you cannot login through this app with a Google account, so if you booked on a browser and have to check-in through mobile, there is no way

the flyone ticket purchasing experience is super frustrating. Full of misleading and opt-out options that -if you r not careful - will cost you tens of euros extra. This practice should not be allowed!
