Tracking wasn't updated automatically. Order was delivered in the wrong place even though I adde a description and an image to find my door. When I finally received the food it was cold. Support ended the conversation before the problem was solved and wasn't helpful at all. With Bolt and Wolt they at least rectify the issue with app credit here they do absolutely nothing.

Downloaded the app just to order from an exclusive restaurant that was removed from a real food app like Wolt. And just cant place an order, doesn't show error just loading animation and back to checkout screen. Absolute garbage

Used once. Tracking is not refreshed automatically properly, keeps showing old info, map goes white etc. Got food almost on estimated time (+8 min), but app still showed "delivery in 1 minute" and at the same time status "driver on the way to pick delivery". Luckily I heard knock on the door. Delivery info in app refreshed only when manually closing and opening it again. In short - tracking in app was useless. I would love to order from restaurants forced to Fudy, but not sure I will.
