Verry poor logistic on GLS! Takes too long (up to 10 working days) Never pick up the phones! The traking app shows that will be deliverd "today", they never show up, no notifications in the mailbox, then it all goes back and starts all over. The delivery drivers speak no Dutch, English or French... (Maroko or Turkish) The app is useless, poor logistics, retard drivers, at least longer than 10 working days delivery! Shame! (Really cheap, price and all!)

There's no way to delete packages, and your packages are sorted by oldest first, so if you receive a lot of packages you're gonna spend a lot of time swiping through old deliveries to see how your recently shipped package is doing. This is such an easy thing to get right, and they didn't. It also for some reason has less information than browser tracking.

I was informed that my package cannot be delivered because of wrong address, I checked the address twice time and without any doubt it is a correct address, when I tried to contact gls I cannot because the gls phone line in italy talks only in Italian and when I start to talk English they break the connection, I cannot send a compliment because their site freezes whenever I press the submit button. The most shittest delivery company that I have ever seen.
